madhouseministries.org, mention Gossards in the note, please.
There is momentum to every new endeavor, any new start-up effort, or adventure. The momentum starts out slowly, and as it gains speed, as it were, it becomes more prominent and different, even if only by a few degrees than had been anticipated.
The Free Range Preacher on Prayer has come to that point. As in any other ministry, that momentum not only increases the possibilities of that ministry but also offers an opportunity for a broader variety of ways to help spread the gospel and the spiritual growth of God's people, all to the glory of God.
In light of this, the Free Range Preacher has three ministries we would like to highlight over the next few weeks. We will follow those with an exciting announcement about the Free Range Ministries, which is for later.
We will highlight Madhouse Ministries in Phoenix, AZ (today), Genci Hoxha, an Albanian missionary pastor to Albania, and one more ministry I haven't received permission to mention yet.
We can begin praying for all three now, and then as they are highlighted, pray for how we might help.
Today's episode will be for Madhouse Ministries in Phoenix, Arizona. We will follow up with them with a blog posting in the coming days.
Disclaimer: I did not mention in this episode that Derek Gossard, the missionary in question, is my son-in-law, and Cassie, whom we will note, is my daughter.
It is a joy to watch the Holy Spirit work in His children, primarily as they minister as He leads through His power and gifts.
"Madhouse" works with inner-city youth in Phoenix, AZ, and as you will hear, he is energized completely and differently when he works with the youth he is called to than with us (not as interesting) adults.
The requests, of course, are for prayer and considering giving to that ministry. Derek and Casaundra are at a crossroads, seeking God's direction through their desire to minister and His supply.
We walk by faith and those called to the specific task of preaching the gospel as their vocation cast their bread upon the waters of God's supply through His people. Thank you for listening and considering what God might have you do.
Again, to learn more and perhaps give to this effort, you can go to:
madhouseministries.org and mention Gossards in the notes section of the giving page.
