It is a fearful privilege to be a bond-servant to the Holy God of the universe.
Philippians 2:12-13
"So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure."
The child of God cannot regard one another as more important than ourselves or not look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others without submitting ourselves to God first, and then to others.
As we pray Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, Father, we pray in the knowledge that all the heavenly hosts, submit to Thee, to every single command Thou dost issue. Empower us, Holy Spirit, to submit to the decrees of the Father and submit to one another, as Christ offered Himslef to be our sacrifice. Amen.
