Editor's note (that's Fred) We have had some life stuff in the providence of God and s little none-sense of Fred, which have delayed this episode.
For the providence of Almighty God, we are thankful.
As per my none-sense, I edited this a little differently this time, and instead of the process being shorter, it was much longer. I am sorry and was about to say I'll not be doing that again, but Richard has already told me a time or two or 321, "Don't make promises you can't keep! So, I'll try not to experiment as much. How's that Richard?
For today:
We do not rely on our unschooled emotions (from Pt. 1)
Neither is faith in our faith the basis of our prayers.
So What? The faith we pray in is faith in our God and His divine purpose and power to accomplish His will, not ours.
Corinthians 5:7 7for we walk by faith, not by sight—
"The danger of praying in the Spirit, is too much reliance on feelings over the word of God, and the danger in the concept of praying in faith, is having faith, in our human faith and not faith in the God to whom we pray."
We are warned as followers of God to understand this thing:
Proverbs 16:9
"The mind of man plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps."
Isaiah 48:17
"Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; "I am the LORD your God, who teaches you to profit, Who leads you in the way you should go."
2 Corinthians 4:7
"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the surpassing greatness of the power may be of God and not from ourselves;"
More than a hundred times, we are urged to trust in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, not ourselves.
