Look, if you can agree with Charles Spurgeon on any level when he said,
“My spirits were sunken so low that I could weep by the hour like a child, and yet I knew not what I wept for.”
This episode may just give you comfort.
This is the new publishing of an episode we did in 2019. It is mainly to be noted this was before the stressful pandemic season and all the emotional circumstances it has brought.
Along with the next, this episode drew many comments and testimonies of encouragement.
We are then re-publishing the episode as it was published in 2019.
Aside from working on the volume, I have not edited this episode. (Oh, and I used the new introduction.)
I have been praying for many days now. The Lord will use this again for new listeners, or if you have heard, the episode will be a refresher that lifts your soul again from the darkness.
23 “Moreover, as for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD by ceasing to pray for you; but I will instruct you in the good and right way. 24 “Only fear the LORD and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.
1 Samuel 12:23-24
And since He bids me seek His face,
Believe His Word and trust His grace,
I'll cast on Him my every care,
And wait for thee, sweet hour of prayer!"
