The Longer we are saved and take our faith seriously, the more our perception of God and His word changes it has to we are growing,
1 Peter 2:1
So, as we look at our passages this October, we are trying to stay out of the way and ask the following question: What does the Author of Scripture say, and how might His letter to us impact the content of our prayers?
At the start of our October celebration, I asked the worldwide audience to sincerely pray for my Christian culture here in the U.S. that we would put God at the very center of our lives. It is our great need.
"Pray, then, in this way: 'Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy name. 10 'Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, On earth as it is in heaven."
Matthew 6:9
How you might apply this passage to your supplications (for yourself) and your intercession (your prayer for others)?
Thank You for listening and considering what the Author of the Holy Writ has to teach us.
"What a man is on his knees before God, that he is and nothing more""
